A bit of squash

Sport called squash is not yet an Olympic sport.
Not only that, it is not even an official discipline recognized by the Ministry of Sport.
Nevertheless, the crowd gets more and more amateurs, more clubs are formed squash,
championship competitions are held in Poland and abroad.
The history of the sport began in England would soon embrace the whole world.
Officially, the national federations are affiliated to the World Squash Federation.
Poland is represented by the Polish Federation of Squash.

At first glance, squash seems difficult and extremely demanding.
There is some truth, although they play squash not only the sprinters and wyczynowcy.

wanting to do something for their own satisfaction and health.

1st Tennis.
